Colur Brave New Girl

Lou went to art school twice (Byam Shaw & Chelsea College of Art), spent her twenties making public art sculpture commissions,  directed documentaries whilst raising two kids and then when her children were leaving home she picked up her pencil and paint brushes again. Out popped Brave New Girl who dived into the book How to be Fearless and from the small black & white drawings she started making large abstract colourful paintings which sell to collectors worldwide and which she also turns into active wear

As UK’s leading Creative Life Coach & Expert in Fear, Lou uses creative strategies to coach people to FEAR LESS and be more. She is columnist for the monthly Fitness & Wellbeing in DAD magazine
